Customer Services Officer (Hotline/ Concierge)

工作範圍：
•以良好的服務態度處理客戶的查詢及投訴，並與他們建立良好關係

職位要求：
•中五或以上程度
•一年或以上客戶服務經驗
•具良好服務態度及應對技巧
•能操流利廣東話，略懂英語及普通話
•主動積極、適應能力強
