Job Description

Our client, a government-subverted organization, is looking for high-caliber person to their customer services division.

Responsibilities:-

  • Handle customers’ enquiries and provide accurate information at customer services centers / information desks.
  • Provide attractive recommendation to customers according to their needs in order to ensure customers' satisfaction.
  • Report customers’ feedback and suggest constructive ideas to senior management for services improvement.
  • Support the operation of other customer services channels such as email, online chat and hotline enquiries.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:-

  • Degree Holder in any discipline.
  • 2 years customer services experience.
  • Proficient in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Knowledge in foreign language is definitely advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and eager to assist customers of different nationalities and cultural backgrounds.
  • Willing to take up shift duties and work at different customer services centre locations and information desks.
  • Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently.

More experienced will be considered as Senior Customer Services Officer
