Job Description

Our client, a global leading medical care company with wide range of products, is now recruiting a Customer Services Representative to join their company. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare and manage daily sales operations including sales order & purchase order processing and invoicing on SAP system
  • Handle business client enquiries (e.g. order status and sales return enquiries, after-sales services, etc.) and order placements via both phone and email
  • Coordinate and arrange daily sales orders and product delivery & returns for on-time delivery
  • Prepare sales reports and other correspondent reports
  • Coordinate with Sales team, vendors and customers for logistic arrangement
  • Provide administration support to Sales team
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements: 

  • Post-secondary education (F.7) or above, at least 2 years of related experience in sales admin and/or customer services role, preferably with experience in handling large amount of SKUs from healthcare sector
  • Proficient in MS Office, familiar with SAP and/or Lotus Notes is definitely an advantage
  • Flexible, well-organized, attention to details, good time management skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • A good team player with positive attitude, willing to work under pressure
  • Good CS skills and able to communicate with both internal and external customers
