The Job

  • Clients: A market leading company specialize in loyalty programs of Travel/Airline industry
  • Position: Customer Services Representative/ Supervisor
  • Responsibilities: inbound calls and outbound calls, RSVP calls and emails, handle VIP customer's inquiries on flight schedule, flight ticket booking, Room reservation, Fare quotation, etc. NO selling required
  • $24-27K. 5 day work. Performance bonus and Allowance.

 

Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 5 year customer services experience.
  • Customer services experience with travel agencies / airlines is a must
  • Good phone manner and customer service skills
  • Fluent spoken Chinese and English.
