Job Description
Administrative Support for FS Manager, SAE Manager, FS and SAE teams in MUC/AMR, Support FS Business (BD) and backup functions in Contact Center.
- General administrative support for FS and SAE teams in MUC/AMR.
- Organize and prepare meetings for FS/SAE Management in MUC/AMR
- Travel bookings for FS and SAE teams in MUC/AMR
- Support SAE and FS indirect orders and shipments.
- Order and track 3rd party PO, deliverables, cost
- Support Contact Center (FS Tier1).
- Assist on Training preparation for in house trainings in Munich and Amerang. Support and arrange training and training/demo room setup.
- Support trainees, attendees in all logistics questions.
- Assist and manage visitor schedule, hotel booking, meeting rooms, etc.) of international visitors in MUC/AMR.
- Prepare, cleanup and distribute reports (e.g. weekly, monthly reports) for FS and SAE.
- Generate specific FS reports on request (Installed Base, etc.).
- Maintain Installed Base Table for regular reports.
- Preparation and clean-up of documents, formatting properly (Word/excel/PowerPoint).
- Support Contract Management (support BDE) for Customer Service Agreement (CSA).
- Act as administrative backup for other Customer Support Administrator.
- Act as Asset Coordinator for FS and SAE (AMR/MUC)
