Requirements

• Diploma / certificate or above in IT related discipline
• Holder of Microsoft MTA or MCSA an advantage
• Minimum 1 years’ relevant experience
• Experience in cloud data center operation an advantage
• Knowledge in Linux, AWS, Azure is a plus
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Good communication skills and customer-oriented
• 7x24 roster duty is required

Responsibilities

• Deploy applications to hybrid cloud hosting environment (AWS, Azure & on-premises private cloud)
• Perform operator’s job duties from the front end to the back end
• Monitor and troubleshoot cloud system related issues
• Restart cloud hosting or system services upon request according to pre-define instructions
• Incident management and escalation
• Coordinate & liaise with different parties about operational matters
• Complete the daily jobs/tasks on time according to procedures, checklist and instruction
• Handle end user IT requests and support tasks
