We are currently hiring a DC Operations Manager talent for our Shanghai Lingang DC total management.

DC Operations Manager

• The role of DC Operations Manager is to supervise the daily operations of the Distribution Centre (DC), administration and associated distribution activities.

• based in Shanghai Lingang

As the DC Operations Manager, you will:

• Set and manage standards and performance expectations for front line or work group leadership to ensure the highest standards of excellence in customer service, reliability and efficiency, and sustainability in safety and environmental performance.

• Make sure front line or work group leadership have a customer first mindset and the operation is set up to put the customer first especially when linking with other operations or businesses to provide the service.

• Manage the warehouse and distribution operation within agreed contractual parameters to deliver quality best in class service.

• Regularly overview customer(s) contract performance and forecast against initial budgets, and devise strategies to improve performance.

• Develop and implement performance measurement criteria (Key Performance Indicators) for customer profitability, and report KPI’s to senior management on a monthly/weekly basis.

• Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with customers to review distribution productivity levels and enable ongoing improvement of systems and procedures.

• Prepare and update job descriptions as required and ensure all direct reports act in accordance with their specified job description.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5 and above years DC Operations management experiences;
• Good knowledge about 3pl business;
• Good command of both written and spoken English;
• Some knowledge about custom (关务）
