Job Description
THE COMPANY :
  • We are a member of a giant China State-owned enterprise
  • We one of the Chinese financial institutions who have been the pioneers participating in the Hong Kong financial market.
  • We provide a wide range of financial services including equities trading, futures trading, asset management and capital markets.
  • Our group is holding SFC licence Type 1,2,4,5,6 and 9
  • We are looking for DEBT CAPITAL MARKET SENIOR ASSOCIATE - with details as follows :
 
THE JOB :
  • Report to the Head of Debt Capital Market
  • Initiate and go through the whole process of deal execution in DCM ;
  • Build and maintain relationship with issuers and peers;
  • Manage existing client base and develop new investors.
  • Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline;
  • Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in debt capital markets / fixed income products;
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Bloomberg, PowerPoint, Excel and Word;
  • Good communication skills of English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
  • Willingness to work extra hours to meet deadline;
  • Knowledge of credit analysis and financial modeling will be an advantage
  • Office location : Wanchai
  • More solid experience will be considered as Debt Capital Market Vice President
