If so, you may have what it takes to help manage the daily IT operations of a multi-megawatt data center for Switzerland's biggest and most prestigious financial services institution, working within the TOC Data Center Services Switzerland team.

We are looking for a well-rounded professional with experience in successfully managing incidents, changes, teams, expectations, and periods of uncertainty.

Your daily tasks may include, but are not limited to:
• maintaining order within the DC facility, by reviewing and enforcing compliance of all applicable guidelines and policies for staff working in or around data center infrastructure
• being the SME for your data center, understanding the implications of changes performed in your facility, and approving (or returning) change requests for that site
• serving as a backup for the other data center managers in the region
• informing and guiding the efforts of internal and vendor staff, including data center operations, hardware install and break/fix, and cabling teams
• joining and owning various initiatives and projects within the global Data Center Services team and continually improving the quality of our service delivery
• participating in continuous inventory management and reconciliation processes
• participating in access management, ensuring that only people who need to be in a data center are permitted to enter
• participating in an on-call rotation, ensuring that Data Center Operations is available day and night to help identify and eliminate issues
• by mastering all of the above, ensuring that your site meets all of the necessary criteria to pass an audit - any audit, internal or external
