The IoT Solutions Group (IOTG) is looking for Deep Learning platform application engineer. In this position, you will provide technical support /issue trouble shooting to customer for one or many IOTG product(s) and/or product family. The responsibilities may include: technical training with hands-on to customer, representing the customers technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective. Works with the business team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations. Create and maintain collaterals like data sheets and application notes. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts. You need to immediately respond to customer/client requests or events as they occur.

Qualifications

You should be an experienced engineer with more than 5 years of experience embedded or IOT platform system design and debug process. You will be responsible for supporting customer embedded or IOT product design, supporting customer Deep Learning / Machine Learning design enabling and system software debug.

Additional qualifications include:

-BS in Computer Science or EE required, MS Degree preferred.

-Proven experience with Linux kernel, frameworks and BSP drivers development and debug: Such as one or many domains in Video, Audio, Camera, PCIE, I2C, GPIO.

-Detailed knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for deep learning technologies such as CNN, DNN, RNN etc. and deep learning framework such as Caffe, Tensorflow etc.

-Experience using Deep Learning to solve problems in Image or Video analysis a great plus

-Machine Learning or AI fundamentals in image processing with Deep Learning and Computer Vision is a plus

-Hands-on experience with developing high performance, multi-threaded and distributed software is a plus

-Experience with embedded or IOT platforms and experience with the integration and testing of embedded or IOT products in  Linux* operating system environment would be an added advantage.

-Proven verbal and written communication skills.

-Self-discipline, self-direction and tolerance of ambiguity.

-Willingness to travel within the PRC and internationally.
