As they are currently expanding in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for sales professionals to join their Softlines testing business unit.

Description

Reporting to the CEO of the company, this Deputy General Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and overseeing the company initiatives and projects with a primary focus on sales and development. You will have a particular focus on sales and development activities and is intended to lead and coach the sales team. Frequent travel is required for this position.

Profile

To be successful in the role, you should have at least 7 years of sales experience. The candidate must have a strong knowledge on Softlines industry. You should have proven commercial skills, strong client facing experience and an excellent sales track record. You must be able to demonstrate excellent leadership skills. The successful candidate should be initiative, target-motivated, dynamic and aggressive.
