1. 从德国工厂转移技术经验和产品到国内，并与之建立良好的沟通；
    Successful transfer of product and know-how from Germany to China and establish a strong engineering network;
2. 开发适合中国市场的线性产品（丝杠,线性衬套，光轴类线性产品）；
    Development of a fit to market linear motion product for China. (screw drives, linear bushings and shafts);
3. 根据客户需求协助销售提供定制化线性产品解决方案（丝杠，线性衬套，光轴类）并提供技术支持；
    Provide customized solution (screw drives, linear bushings and shafts); according to customer requirement and provide technical support to sales/customer;
4. 在一个开发国际化产品并且需要和不同部门的人合作的团队的环境中工作；
    Working in international product development teams with people from different departments;
5. 对中国和德国的研发,销售，采购，质量，物流等其他部门的支持与合作；
    Support and cooperate with other departments in China and Europe like R&D, sales, purchasing, quality, logistic, production, etc.;
6. 竞争对手的监控和市场技术跟踪。
    Monitoring and technical benchmarking of competitors.

1. 教育: 大学学士（硕士）或者在材料科学/金属材料加工/机械设计等的高等学历；
    Education: University degree (master) or above in material science(metal) or metal forming engineering / mechanical design;
2. 滚珠丝杠,线性衬套，光轴等线性产品相关生产技术或工程设计工作经验；
    Working experience of screw drives, linear bushings and shaft production /technical or related product design;
3. 有一定的机械设计知识经验（如尺寸公差计算，机械元件，工程力学和材料力学）；
    Profound knowledge, experience in the field of design (including tolerance calculation, machine elements, technical mechanics and strength of materials);
4. 有 SAP /3D CAD工作经验（最好有使用Creo， Windchill PDM Link的经验；
    Experience from heat treatment / 3D CAD systems (preferable Creo);
5. 熟悉机械加工工艺（如车削，铣削，磨削等）；
    Knowledge of manufacturing technology (turning, milling, grinding);
6. 熟练的英语（口头表达和写作能力）, 熟练德语者优先；
    Fluent in English (verbal and written); Proficiency in German preferable;
7. 工作中有主见和独立的工作能力；
    Self motivated and independent working capability;
8. 有出国经验者优；
    International experience preferred;
9. 学习能力强，能独立工作。
    Fast learner and able to work independently.
