Job Summary

Support the team for special projects during whole project process, including but not limited to,

Capability for architecture design

Review architecture design to meet client’s specification and

Maintenance the documentation tracking system for all project-related correspondence

Data gathering and filing

Coordinative for administrative and travel business

follow-up all the matters on the overall project discussions

在整个项目过程中，支持团队完成特别项目，包括但不局限于以下职责：

进行建筑设计；

审核建筑设计以满足客户的需求；

维护文档跟踪系统确保所有与项目相关信件的正常收发；

数据收集与归档；

协调相关行政及出差事宜；

跟进及推动所有项目进程。

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor degree, major in architecture design or other related design education background

Good in concept design

Fluent English/Chinese speaking in daily working communications

At least 10 years work experience in the projects.

Positive, hard working, and strong learning desire

Skillful in AUTOCAD, SketchUp, PHOTOSHOP, Microsoft office, 3D Max capability as a plus

良好的概念设计能力；

流利的中英文表达能力；

10年以上项目工作经验；

良好的团队意识；

工作积极努力，具有较强的求知欲；

熟练操作AUTOCAD, SketchUp, PHOTOSHOP, Microsoft office, 能够熟练操作3D Max者优先考虑。
