Job Description

Woolly Pig HK a growing restaurant company requires
FULL or PART TIME MARKETING PROFESSIONAL with focus on lifestyle and Food & Beverage restaurant marketing design. 

Must have 3 years experience ideally within restaurant or lifestyle segment - either with publicity, promotions or hotel and lifestyle background. Must be proficient with written and spoken chinese and english for marketing requirements. 

Responsibilities include: 

  • DIGITAL, WEBSITE & SOCIAL

    Maintaining all digital media outlets according to brand standing include, website, facebook, instagram

    includes social media set up & management social media campaigns
    media buy (facebook + instagram)

    Write monthly SEO friendly blogs for restaurants

    Coordinate the creation of digital content and ensure all sites are up to date (e.g. website, blogs, podcasts)

    Manage end-to-end digital projects for new opening

    Maintain a strong online company voice through social media

    Liaise with Operations teams to ensure brand consistency
    Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability Monitor ROI and KPIs

    Experience with website coding and wordpress proficiency

     

    SOCIAL REPORTING AND ANALYSIS

    Marketing & community management in reference to restaurants

    Manage reviews and reply to them on Facebook, Tripadvisor and Google, residuary for various accounts. Coach restaurant managers to correct voice for response

    Report on the reviews to the Directors + Chefs + Restaurant Managers

    IT TRENDS FOR HOSPITALITY

    Research new IT trends and ways to improve service in restaurants via IT

    Champion and train staff on any IT app / programme as finalized by the Director

    Aid in any technology based implementation across venues in reference to marketing

    Position Overview

    • Assist to manage day-to-day marketing & communications activities, social media platforms and provide administrative support

    • Responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing and promotions calendar as pertaining to the business objectives among F&B Operations Teams

    • Perform development, execution and evaluation of all marketing, advertising and promotion activities for the brands or restaurants

    • Work closely with F&B Operation Teams to ensure the consistency and accuracy of messages across all print and digital channels

    • Manage and monitor news coverage and ensure the Group’s publicity is shared promptly with related parties

    • Carry out ad hoc duties as directed by immediate supervisor and the Head of Department.
