Major responsibilities:

• Create and manage all marketing initiatives, advertising, promotion activities and public relations plan
• Manage all marketing channels including digital channels
• Driving traffic and conversion to brand websites through proper system, content and SEO, develop and operate SEM initiatives
• Conceptualize and formulate regular marketing campaigns; develop marketing materials such as eDM, e-flyers and mail outs
• Plan and manage all marketing communications and collaterals, including web, online and print, maintain company brand communication guidelines and standards
• Liaise with media and potential business partners to explore new promotion channels, joint promotion opportunities and build the brand awareness.
• Compile reports and co-ordinate with different parties for project implementation
• Support in customer relationship management and assist to handle client inquiries, requests and complaints
• Build up the Company Marketing Department

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Communication/ Business Administration / Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of working experience with substantial experience gained in marketing or PR advertising agency
• Sound experience in managing consumer/ trade event independently and developing effective marketing communications
• Familiar with Google Adwords, Google Analytics and Google Search Console
• Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic HTML is a plus.
• Excellent in both spoken and written English and Chinese with bilingual copywriting, as spoken and written other languages will be an advantage 
• Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline and multi-tasking capability
• Well-presented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
• Proficiency in MS applications including PowerPoint & Excel
• More experience can be considered as Digital Marketing Manager
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
