Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize on-page website content and landing pages
• Research, develop and execute successful on-line strategies
• Grow and increase social presences for the brand on various platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Twitter and Youtube
• Monitor SEO performance including traffic, ranking, CTR, conversion rate, conversion funnel, bounce rate, etc. and provide in-depth analysis and report
• Assist clients in improving the organic search ranking and traffic by adapting the SEO best practices
• Track, and analyze ranking performance on an ongoing basis, and optimize SEO campaigns as necessary
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
• Review technical SEO issues, the effectiveness of the SEO effort applied and recommend fixes

Requirements:

• Degree holder in eCommerce/ Statistics/ Data mining/ Advertising/ Marketing/ Communications/ Media or related disciplines
• Minimum 3-5 years or above working experience in Search Engine Optimization or online marketing or digital agency with focus on FMCGs and fashion industry
• Strong Knowledge in SEO tools, including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdWords and MOZ
• Understanding the best practices of SEO and front-end coding techniques including detailed HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for SEO implementation
• Strong in digital marketing with exposure managing social media is a must
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented and well-organized
• Immediate available is highly preferred
