We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for developing, scheduling, and managing content distribution to online channels, including social media, website, eCommerce platforms and online community outlets that are optimized for SEM. The areas of work include, but not limited to:
-Marketing Automation
-Content Marketing
-Social Media
-Database Management Support

Requirements to qualify:
This individual must have fantastic organizational skills, exhibit great interpersonal effectiveness, be self-disciplined and motivated. To be successful, they must be able to prioritize tasks, execution requests, and initiatives to deliver the best possible, measurable marketing outcomes.

Preferred experience and skills include:
• Digital Ads: Creating, managing and optimizing ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.
• Data Analysis: Experience and comprehension of Google Analytics to see trends in website/visitor behavior and use the data to improve website UX and marketing campaigns. Understanding and creation of tracking pixels.
• Online Sales: Experience with the eCommerce business model. Intimate knowledge of eCommerce platforms with expertise in marketing/promoting within the platform and driving product/campaign to rank highly on the SERP.
• SEO: Strong knowledge of keywords and SEO best practices. This includes experience in the design and creation of landing pages and ad content.
• Social Media: Strong understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter etc. Can maintain, develop and implement social media marketing initiatives to grow engagement and following.
• Excellent project management skills - experience managing a project from end to end with the ability to meet deadlines and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
