Key Responsibilities/职位描述

• This role will be the pilot in the market with up to date knowledge on new retail and other new business opportunities to support sustainable business growth and brand image elevation.
• Being responsible for working with partner to operate our own platform(APP&mini program)
• Deliver business goals and manage online value chain with customer & optimize investment ROI;
• Responsible for A&P/TP reimbursement with SOP team.
• Coordinate with cross functional teams to support E-commerce business (Supply Chain, customer service, marketing, IT…)
• Identify and develop omni channel reach method to recruit pet owners that fit with Royal Canin strategies and brand image
• Identify and analyse relevant consumer content & experience to win in the platform, and translate insights into internal capability requirements
• Leverage digital marketing and external service providers for product experience, content creation and distribution to grow business

Qualifications/任职条件 

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in E-commerce/ E-Trade/New retail marketing; - Customer focus and knowledge in business;
• Experience in operating APP and mini program is preferred
• Pet owners are preferred
• Excellent communications skills in Chinese and English in both verbal and written.
