We are seeking an energetic and innovative professional to join the International Markets Business Operations team. The team supports the SVP of the International Markets to accelerate the growth of our merchant portfolio. This is achieved primarily through supporting the sales teams to deliver on their sales pipelines and by identifying initiatives within the organisation to unlock additional revenue. The position is highly visible within the organisation, as it involves engagement with country leaders and senior stakeholders. Successful candidates will be highly analytical and able to turn these insights into implementable actions.

• An understanding of payments product & technology is preferred and will go a long way in the success of this role.

Core Responsibilities:

• Leverage internal and external data to provide actionable commercial insights that can deliver revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and initiatives that will support the growth of our merchants and markets
• Work with multiple other business functions to deliver and implement on the identified actionable insights and initiatives
• Support Finance and local business teams with budget planning
• Work closely with Sales, Sales Ops, and Finance to provide an overview of risks and opportunities in our sales pipeline
• Drive accountability with sales teams to achieve their sales targets
