Client Details

Our client is a well-known bank with a strong local presence. Due to business expansion, they are now looking for a high calibre to lead the new division to drive the digital innovation and Fin-Tech strategies.

Description

• Lead and oversee the full life cycle and formulation of innovation and Fin-Tech strategies

• Identify suitable Fin-tech solutions and technologies for the bank units to address the identified/ prioritised business objectives and issues

• Drive adaptation of Fin-tech technologies on business, aimed at strengthening the bank's competitiveness in responding to the uplifting of new industry standards and customer expectations

• Build digital partnerships to develop a true digital eco-system and work closely with internal parties to drive initiatives relevant to Fin-tech adoption and partnership

Profile

• University Degree graduate, will be an advantage to have post-graduate degree in Fin-tech/technology related discipline

• 10 years or above working experience and with solid years of experience in management level.

• In-depth knowledge on business and operation models of banking, with thorough understanding on the local regulatory environment

• Sound understanding on latest market and technology trend and having track record in commercialising and operationalizing innovative business and operating models

• Proven track records of delivering large-scaled digital projects

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proven people management experience
