• Leading AA Purchasing in APAC - China, India and APS (ASEAN, Japan, South Korea and OCEANIA)
• Leading Purchasing BU AS in APAC
• Governance in Purchasing and Purchasing Quality Management in AP
• Target responsibility for the PUR and PUQ competence centres (CoC) in AP as well as for the AS/PUR associates in AP
• Budget responsibility for the CoC in CN and Sgp
• Assurance of adequate resources and their funding for the implementation of the BU tasks in AP
• Direct and implement global project activities for AA/PU; e.g. GLB roles, PSG global tasks etc.
• Execution of AA/PU and AA/PUQ targets and strategy in AP
• Close cooperation with all AA/PU and corporate PUR and PUQ functions in AP
• PU Contact for the AA management in the AP RO organizations

Education: Bachelors in Engineering or Business Studies

Work Experience: >10 years multidisciplinary experience in different areas of purchasing for automotive products. HoD leadership experience and working in/with international teams.

Skills: Proven leadership skills - Knowledge and experience in different functions in Purchasing - MS Office - Good communication skills (precise orally and in writing, presentation) across all  hierarchy levels - Assertive, accountable, and self-motivated as well as high team orientation and motivation - Open to travelling up to 50% of the time - Open and able to cope with challenging Inter-cultural situations in different cultures in AP.

Training: Relevant Bosch trainings as part of the negotiation driver’s license. Up to date on the Bosch Purchasing digital and advanced negotiation solutions

Working Practice: Ability to travel on regular basis as needed

Language: Fluent in English (Oral and Written) and optionally fluent German.
