UBS Securities LLC seeks Directors, Rates Sales in New York, NY to work as a hybrid Rates and FX specialist, covering global financial Institutional Clients. Perform data analysis and utilize statistical methods and economic principles to generate monetizable trade ideas. Provide high touch content and service by generating trade ideas for a variety of market views. Deliver UBS resources, content, and liquidity to a variety of institutional accounts in order to expand client trading volumes for UBS. Distribute suite of global Rates products to institutional clients in the US region. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients through collaboration with product group experts, traders, and other salespeople to address client needs. Monitor market developments and products, and integrate understanding of markets, events, and research views into actionable ideas and recommendations for clients. Execute interest rate and FX transactions including bonds, swaps and options and NDFs. Propose macro strategies, with an emphasis on the Rates market and advising on hedging solutions. Generate revenue within product group and firm-wide by introducing, maintaining and growing client base and driving net new money. Identify institutional client gaps across the global regions to ensure that sales targets and strategic goals are met more locally in line with business targets.
