Hiring: Director of Education and Curriculum

Our company is looking for a director of education and curriculum who is passionate about education area. Feel free to reach out to me if you are interested.

Job Duties:
Plan biweekly counselor training emails and templates
Interview and Hire qualified counselors/Mentors
Hold weekly/biweekly company education meetings
Update US application news at times
Check and guarantee the services of all the counselors
Write WeChat articles about education/US colleges at least once a month
Organize offline workshops (Writing/Interview Prep, etc.)

Requirements:
Native Chinese Speaker
Fluent in English writing and speaking (Bachelor degree is required, bachelor or master degree in the States is a plus)
Organized and Detail-oriented
At least two years work experience (Working experience in college application field is preferred)
Be passionate about education
Skilled in Microsoft and Google Drive
Management Ability

Location:
Beijing （Beijing is preferred though)

Benefits:
Base salary starting from 1.5k (Negotiable if housing or food allowance is needed)
