What you will do:

• You define strategic direction for Go-to-market and core growth levers for our early-stage SaaS ventures
• You drive the growth validation scope for new ideas and oversee planned validation efforts by giving input on methods and execution (e.g. quantitative analysis, market insights, rigorous testing)
• You create growth vision and translate it into actionable plans for our venture teams
• You are tuned into the market and take a strategic point of view in integrating trends into ventures/growth discipline and continually develop and refine growth methodology
• You enable individuals development, inspire and motivate others through formal and informal coaching
• You effectively engage with our corporate partners and internal stakeholders by showing entrepreneurial attitude towards new opportunities

What we look for:

• Extensive experience in leading Go-to-market operations for Internet and Technology businesses
• Strong expertise in setting up and scaling product-led growth for digital products
• Experience in driving growth for digital products
• Experience in building sales, customer success and/or marketing teams from scratch
• Successful track record in leading multidisciplinary teams
• Strong entrepreneurial and business acumen
