Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. 负责管理香港公司人员入离职管理、薪酬福利、培训开发、绩效管理、员工关系及人力资源规划的统筹和协调工作。

Manage the integration and coordination of staff entry and departure management, salary and welfare, training and development, performance management, staff relations and human resources planning in Hong Kong.

2. 负责完成公司招聘任务。

Responsible for completing the recruitment task of the company.

3. 负责香港公司人员考核、薪酬管理、考勤管理。

Responsible for personnel assessment, salary management and attendance management of Hong Kong companies.

4. 负责香港公司人员工作签证办理、强基金、劳动保险办理。

Responsible for the visa processing, fund strengthening and labor insurance processing of Hong Kong company personnel.

5. 负责公司接待、会议组织、办公用品采买、费用报销等工作,保障各项行政工作的正常有效开展。

Responsible for company reception, conference organization, purchase of office supplies, expense reimbursement and other work to ensure the normal and effective development of various administrative work.

6. 完成上级领导安排的其他各项工作。

Complete other tasks arranged by superior leaders.

Qualifications:
1. 大学本科及以上学历;行政管理、人力资源、等相关专业优先。

Bachelor degree or above; major in administration, human resources, etc. is preferred.

2. 要求熟悉人力资源管理、行政管理相关知识。

Require familiarity with human resources management and administration related knowledge.

3. 有1年以上金融类企业人事行政工作经验,熟悉企业人事行政的各个工作环节。

More than one year experience in personnel administration in financial enterprises, familiar with all aspects of personnel administration in enterprises.

4. 具有较强的企业认同度、较强的责任心和敬业精神,良好的组织协调能力及沟通能力,较强的执行力。

Has a strong corporate identity, a strong sense of responsibility and dedication, good organizational coordination and communication skills, strong execution.
