Responsitlity:

1. Oversee and develop legal strategy for a wide variety of product, corporate, regulatory, privacy, Intellectual property rights and commercial opportunities.
2. Advise our leadership, product, commercial and other teams and help us understand when to take risks, how to mitigate them, and when to avoid them.
3. Oversee the compliance team and manage our policy, privacy and regulatory relationships.
4.Provide legal advice on valuable intellectual property rights such as patents, technical data, trade secrets, licenses, copyrights and trademarks.



Requirement:

1.J.D. degree
2.Prior experience in IP, corporate law, labor law, and international law
3.Consistently provide useful, constructive legal advice that solves problems and furthers business objectives of the company
4.Sound legal and business judgment with the ability to make decisions independently.
5.Having experience with patent dispute/litigation will be preferred
