Job Description
Our Client is a local warehouse company and a well-established FMCG distributor with historical background. Their products mainly would be personal care and household cleaning supplies products. They are looking for the candidates for following position:
ecommerce officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Coordinator to handle daily orders, shipment and return order
- Assist the Coordinator to ecommerce platform
- Assist the Coordinator to contract client via phone call or email to preserve good customer relationship
- Assist the Coordinator to monitor the delivery process, returns, replacements and payments of products and goods
- Handle the sales data input, analytical reports and documents filing
Requirements
- Diploma or above
- 2-3 working experience in logistical company or FMCG industry
- Proficient in MS, Office, Chinese word typing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, hard-working, passionate
