Job Description
  • Higher Diploma in Building Services or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years solid experience in building project E&M coordination.
  • Coordinate the contractors' submission for approval of shop drawings, material and equipment, and installation program.
  • Assist to manage the M&E systems testing and commissioning process.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Proficient in PC applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Project, AutoCAD).
  • Good written communications in English, speaking in Cantonese and basic Putonghua.
  • Station in Shanghai is required.
