The Job

• Client: A Private Investor with diversified business. They are now expanding their business in food & beverage and building a warehouse for food cold storage.
• Position: E&M Manager / Factory Manager (Cold Store)
• Responsibilities: Project management for the setup of cold storage facilities and the installation of related E&M systems. Cold store operation and maintenance of facilities.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Services Engineering
• Professional qualification preferred. Eg, HKIE, CIBSE
• At least 10 years engineering experience in E&M projects of which 3 years should be for refrigeration / cold storage / food storage related facilities.
• Facilities management and/or maintenance experience
• Good communication
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
