Candidate Requirements:
• Fluent in English
• Chinese speaking/understanding ability,
• Previous sales experience, preferred with minimum one year experience in sales.
• Good listening skills
• A higher education is not required but it is preferred
• Able to relocate or travel daily to location in Shenzhen
• Ability to identify and react accurately to the behavior and emotions of customers
• Responsible, punctual and honest

Job required:
1. Responsible for all Alibaba, Aliexpress, HKTDC, or any promotion websites:
a) Maintain each website;
b) Update new products each day
c) Modifying existing products everyday
d) Replying enquires within 12 hours,
e) Search new leads, replying related RFQs within 12 hours
2. Responsible for all the trade shows
1) List all the items and quantity for each trade show,
2) Prepare all the exhibits.
3) Send invitation to all customers to visit our booth for each show.
4) Prepare all tools and booth setup material for each trade shows.
5) Set up the exhibition
6) Upload promotion products to each show organizer’s website up to the limits
7) Book and arrange the business trips
3. Website
a) Maintain and update the website keep it up to date.
b) Take new photos, upload them, make sure the all the information on the website is correct.
4. Create products leaflet and Mail shot customer every month
5. Able to use the search engine to source customers online.
6. Able to work and communicate with colleagues.
7. Able to finish/manage the work every day without delay, and report the work everyday.
8. Independent ability to finish the work/task

Salary:
We have trial period of three months, after these three months we talk about a year contract, after the year we talk about three years with company shares - this can be longer it depends on your ability and how much profit you can benefit us.
Trial period RMB 8000+5% commission. After three month RMB10000 + 5% commission.
Company shares after year 5% - this can be longer it depends on your ability and how much profit you can benefit us.
