Your Responsibilities:
Job Purpose:
As part of growth engine for GSK,co-shape and execute the online+ business model & explore and implement other innovative business channels / models

Key Responsibilities:

• Work together with line manager to design the GSK China e-commerce & online healthcare business strategy & develop the implantation plan
• Execute the e-commerce & online-healthcare strategy and plan through joint efforts with external partners and internal BUs esp. Retail BU
• Develop and manage the relationship with the key partners. Develop joint business plan and commercial policy. Conduct the contract negotiaton and operational monitoring.
• Business operational management: promotion and activity planning & evaluating/ regular business review to achieve the KPIs/ rebate communication / sell-in and out tracking and optimization, etc.
• Support online related marketing initatives, including but not limited in internal communication with cross functions, external vendor management and coordination, paterner eduation and negotiation, status tracking, feedback collection and improvement plan development, etc.
• Collaborate with external e-commerce and online healthcare partners, to improve GSK product accessibility to patients especially for chronic disease management, e.g. the big data & healthcare AI technology
• Explore the new multi-party collaboration model to improve the China patients’ affordability to GSK products, e.g. the disease specific private insurance coverage
• Ensure the quality and compliance execution of e-commerce, online-healthcare, disease management programs and close the loop of online and offline model
• Other work assigned by the line manager

1.Minimum Level of Education: Bechelor
2. Area of Specialisation: Science or Engineering or Medicine
3. Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience required: 2+ year e-Commerce and online healthcare working expertise
