As a Marketing Lead You will:

• Develop, deploy and control all marketing plans, communications,
advertising, trade, promotional and social media programs, supporting Data
Center Group business unit in EMEA
• Ensure sales teams across the world are prepared and equipped to position
and sell Lenovo's data center portfolio
• Interact with the country DCG brand managers to put up a country DCG
marketing plan
• Ensure marketing investments are with clear measurement metrics before
implementation
• Interlock with the brand team to manage the relationship with multiple
partners
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results.
• Manage the DCG marketing budget with a strong business sense in what areas
to invest on to support the business

#### Position Requirements:


What experience and knowledge should You have?

• 10+  years of marketing experience, preferably in technology
•  Previous experience creating & implementing marketing strategies
• Interpersonal communication and organization skills
• Relevant product and industry knowledge in the Data Center industry
• English written and oral communication skills
• Good MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills
