THE COMPANY :
- OEM/ODM toys manufacturer
- Headquarters : Hong Kong
- China factory : 3000-4000 workers
- Main markets : US, Europe and Japan for international toys brands/clients
- We are looking ENGINEERING & QUALITY DIRECTOR - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Lead Engineering & Quality Departments in Guangdong factory
- Tertiary education; preferably in Engineering/Quality/Manufacturing or related
- At least 20 years' engineering experience in the toy industry with 8 years in managerial level
- Over 5 years' supervisory experience in quality control and assurance
- Experience in hard, soft and electronic products development
- Good Knowledge in global QA / Testing standard criteria / COC
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Work based in Guangdong factory with frequent travel to HK office for meetings
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- Tax equalization
