Role: ESL Teacher
Accountable to: Head of Study & Principal
Accountable for: All school students ESL Curriculum

Job Purpose:
A teacher must have to complete 40 hours a week, and a teacher may assign not more than 25 weekly teaching lessons during the day sessions and if the teacher will be assigned more than 20 lessons to teach during the day then he/she will be paid special allowance by the party A.
A teacher must have to organize one/two evening duties where teacher may teach the students, organize a class test or ask the students to do the homework as required.

Main Tasks
1、Planning, developing and executing lessons that reflect the curriculum and the core educational standards
2、Adapting the mathematics curriculum for the individual, small group, and remedial instruction to meet the needs of identified students or subgroups of students
3、Evaluating the academic and social growth of students
4、Evaluating student progress and the ability to meet courses standards in mathematical knowledge and skills
5、Help students prepare for standardized testing
6、Establishing and maintaining standards of student behavior
7、Planning and developing lesson plans and teaching outlines
8、Employing a variety of methodologies in teaching and instructing pupils, including demonstrations, discussions, and lectures
9、Utilizing educational equipment, such as materials, books, past papers, and other learning aids
10、Manage students in the classroom
11、Highly skilled in a variety of topics related to grade 8-11 students.
12、A teacher should be patient as it takes some students a long time to comprehend a concept
13、A teacher should be creative in finding ways to convey concepts to somewhat resistant students
14、Communication with parents is a key component of any teacher’s job
15、A high school teacher delivers routine progress reports as required by the school administration
16、The high school teacher also has the responsibility of maintaining a safe learning environment for all students
17、Some schools require teachers to supervise extracurricular activities, such as a math club etc.
18、The math teacher must also participate in professional growth activities
19、Follow day to day affairs as required

Salary&Benefits;
1、Salary: RMB 20,000/month—RMB30,000/month before tax in total .Increments are negotiable;
2、Accommodation: free accommodation in campus or accommodation allowance of RMB 3,000 will be provided;
3、Vacation Payment：Full salary during winter and summer vacations after passing probation;
4、Flight Ticket: economic round-trip ticket allowance(per academic year with continuing contracts);
5、Commercial Medical Insurance will be provided;
6、Work Visa: Yes;
7、Contract Period：2 years’ renewable;
8、Office Time: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm;
