Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- European MNC
- Brand owner, buying office and trading
- Specialized in : infant products including infant toys, nursery items, infant garment etc of own brands
- Main market : Asia, Europe & worldwide
- We are looking for EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Provide secretarial support and personal assistance to an European Director
- Travel arrangement
- Meetings scheduling
- Handle emails and correspondence
- Coordinate with internal departments & external parties
- Tertiary education
- Over 3 years secretarial / personal assistance / administrative support
- Experience in multinational companies / European or US companies is a plus
- Stable working history
- Experience in servicing English speaking expatriates is a plus
- Experience in European trading companies or buying offices is a plus
- Fluent in English & Chinese; Mandarin is a plus
- No trips is required
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 15 days
