Full Time Educational Consultant Job Accepting Applications (Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai)
Please note that consultants must have graduated from a top 30 school (USNews report) or have extensive experience in the field to be considered.
Position Description:
【Key Responsibilities】
We focus on unique application plans that take into account students’ desires, strengths and dreams. We help families to put their best foot forward, while encouraging students to be themselves. We also offer clarity, effectively organizing individual elements, helping students to add significant value to the process of their college applications.
Our consultants strive to understand each student and help them showcase their talents and potential by planning extracurricular activities, evaluating potential majors, choosing the ideal college(s), assisting with the creation and development of admissions essays, and helping students to develop as "whole persons".
【Responsibilities】
▪ Execute and manage Consulting Strategic Direction, responsible for greater insight and access to school selection, essay and interview coaching and application packaging.
▪ Supervise all applications and steps in the process
▪ Assist in academic advising and signature activities planning
▪ Assist center manager with marketing and sales consulting
【Compensation】
22k (and up, based on experience) RMB base salary + Commission + Bonus + other company benefits (Health Care, company trips etc) and sponsored Work Visa (This evens out to over 30k per month with bonuses).
【Candidate Requirements】
▪ Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from top 30 ranking US college program
▪ Knowledge of both individual and institutional research techniques
▪ Experienced with strong investigative, analytical, writing, and computer skills
▪ Strong interpersonal skills
▪ Experiences with working in the education field is preferred
