We’re looking for a Compliance Control Specialist to:

• Monitoring and assessing Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) incidents
• Acting as a key contact person regarding incidents for the Divisional Information Security Officers within the business divisions Asset Management, Investment Bank and Group Functions (former Corporate Center)
• Assuming the role of subject matter expert for DLP issues and reporting to key stakeholders
• Train and coach new team members
• Handling of escalated DLP cases within the global process and in collaboration with the respective Violation teams, Employee Relations, Employment Legal and the UBS Data Protection team
• Escalating and following up on IT issues identified in Swiss and international DLP environments
• Identifying system and rule enhancements to refine the DLP program
