Education Background/Work Experience

• Minimum of BEng Degree in Electronic/Mechatronics Engineering or related discipline
  (PhD/ MPhil/ MSc degree desirable)
• 2 years of solid working experience in electronics/medical product development;
• Candidates with 5+ years of solid experience, covering embedded firmware development, will be considered for Senior Engineer position;
• Will consider recent graduates with academic/industrial experience for Assistant Engineer position

Key Role

• Design of embedded MCU circuits and layout of PCB;
• Design and implementation of MCU-based firmware in C for real-time embedded control systems;
• Assist in the procurement of components, vendor liaison, outsourcing of rapid prototyping, assembly of electrical/mechanical subsystems and conducing in-house testing processes;
• Perform in-house electrical safety/EMI/EMC testing and diagnose electrical problems in electronic circuits, sub-systems and interfaces;
• Compiling R&D design documents meant for satisfying QMS, ISO13485, IEC 60601, CE, FDA/CFDA requirement

Skills & Experience

• Practical experience in PCB CAD tools, preferably PADs, and creation of product design documents;
• Solid understanding in microcontrollers, electronic interfaces, electrical safety and EMC/EMI;
• Proficiency in MS Office tools as well as mechanical CAD tools;
• Good written and spoken Chinese and English
