We are currently seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our team!

About the Role

Salary.com is competitively positioned as a leading enterprise resource for compensation data, software, consulting and education. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the execution of email communications for both lead generation and upsell campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and most happy operating in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for an individual that has been successful in this role at another B2B SaaS company or marketing agency.

Responsibilities

• Apply email best practices and support the efficient and effective use of the email channel to drive engagement and new business.
• Build and manage email lists using specific segmentation criteria.
• Create and implement standalone, HTML emails as well as automated nurture campaigns through marketing automation platform with a “mobile first” mentality.
• Test and QA all emails across multiple platforms/devices.
• Create and execute A/B tests (segmentation, subject line, creative, CTA, timing, etc.) designed to improve campaign engagement and performance; document and apply learnings to future sends.
• Measure email campaign performance and share results with internal stakeholders.
• Manage and maintain email marketing calendar.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
• 3-5 years of email marketing experience
• Hands-on experience with email and marketing automation tools – Pardot preferred
• Basic HTML and photo editing skills
• Knowledge of digital trends and email marketing best practices
• Excellent communication skills; strong English language skills
• Prior experience with a SaaS company or marketing/advertising agency
• Proactive individual that can thrive in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Work Location: Shanghai, China (Shangli Information Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.)
The second shift (2:00PM-11:00PM)
English native speaker
