Job Description
Position Description: In this role you will be part of the HR Operations team working as a HR Generalist supporting our LA region. You will be supporting HR Partners providing support and guidance. In this role you will: •Assist with the assignment of internal cases •Conduct investigations as needed such as when HR team is the subject of investigation, workload impact on HR, complex case, etc. •Analyze investigations for patterns of behavior and proactively identify strategies to reduce incidence •Review/update local policies and procedures for LA as needed •Conduct industry benchmarking/studies to ensure best practices are utilized •Provide on-going training and guidance to HR Partners on employee relations to build/maintain capability and skills •Work with HRPs in manufacturing locations to identify ways to increase positive manager/employee relationships •Act as focal for resource actions involving LA countries #### Position Requirements: * PLEASE SUBMIT RESUME ONLY IN ENGLISH* • Experience managing manager/employee issues • Experience working with labor unions • Working knowledge of LA laws and statues • Demonstrated team leadership capabilities • College degree required (in Human Resources or related field preferred) • 3-5 years HR Generalist/HR Partner experience preferred • Fluent in English We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class.
