Responsibilities:

• Manage the Engine Test Cell Facilities Maintenance Team
• Monitor and upkeep the Engine Test Cell E&M Facilities in serviceable condition with practical preventive and corrective maintenance services
• Draft specifications for the modification and enhancement of the Engine Test Cell E&M Facilities
• Liaise with maintenance services contractors to coordinate maintenance / improvement works
• Monitor, evaluate, and accept work performed by maintenance services contractors
• Control costs required for facility maintenance work
• Take part or initiate improvement projects for the Engine Test Cell facility

Requirements:

• Degree/High Diploma/Diploma/Certificate in Building Services or relevant subjects
• Grade B Registered Electrical Worker (applicants with other grades will also be considered)
• Minimum 6 years relevant working experience in facility maintenance
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
