Responsibilities:

• Explore and manage the rechargeable product portfolio for targeted applications, including cell & battery pack, energy storage system
• Develop product innovation so as to enhance competitiveness of our products
• Manage and drive through the conceptual & product design, testing & validation and product launch activities
  
• Provide direction on technology application and quality function deployment (QFD) to a team of engineers consisting of system & mechanical design engineers, and electrical & electronic engineers
  
• Support the production in factories to meet the requirements in terms of quality, costs, delivery and responsiveness
  
• Closely partner with other functional teams, including production, automation, research & development, quality assurance and sales & marketing in order to drive through the product development plans

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
  
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in power conversion system / power management system / solution design and safety standard management
  
• Solid experience in application of telecom / motive / building automation / energy backup or any kind of portable energy systems is advantageous
  
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen and problem solving skills
  
• Good project management technique and strong sense of profit & loss
  
• Result-oriented mentality with good sense of job accountability and integrity
  
• Proficient in English and Chinese, including Mandarin
