Job Description
1. Receiving product orders and accurately entering order information into the system;
接收产品订单,将订单信息准确录入系统;
2. Follow up the progress of customer order problem solving, give timely solutions to improve the efficiency of order processing;
跟进客户订单问题解决进度,及时给出解决方案,提高订单处理效率;
3. To inquire about the order status, delivery date and other information for the sales department, and to urge logistics and delivery;
为销售部门查询订单状态,交货期等信息,跟催物流,发货;
4. Managing invoices, contract management, checking and requesting related bills
管理发票,合同管理,相关账单的核对和请款
