Currently we are looking for part time tutor who can teach the following subjects:
English Literature

As a Part-time Tutor at the FG Academy, the income structure as following:
- RMB300~400 per hour
- Work with an experienced, dedicated team of bilingual staffs.
- Academic support from UK subject experts.

We expected the suitable candidate:
- Have at least 2-year experience in teaching English Literature
-Be confident about the subject area. At times, be able to work outside of one's comfort zone and take on new teaching challenge material and assigned tasks.
-Be a strong communicator with a talent for explaining difficult subject-related concepts.
-Be able to guide students' interests innovatively and effectively， have multiple tools and resources at disposal.
-Be able to work in a multi-culture environment and assist colleagues on sale and marketing events.
-Be a part of our "learn and grow" culture.
-Be confident using IT software, app and website such as "school pal", "oxford English test" and "QUIZLET" 。


We will give priority to the candidate who has demonstrated:
-Enthusiasm for one's specialised subjects.
-Willingness to go an extra length to make sure the progress of students.
-at least one year's full-time teaching experience in British or international schools or three years of private tuition experience.
-Possess a recent DBS/CRB check.

Recruitment procedure:

1st stage, CVs screening by HR, suitable one will arrange an online interview with our UK subject expert.
第一阶段，由人力资源部进行简历筛选，合适的人将安排我们的英国学科专家以视频的形式进行初试。

2nd stage, Interviewed by our UK senior subject expert. Candidate should be able to demonstrate the width and depth of the subject knowledge and a selection of educational tool and resource to hence learning experience.
第二阶段，英国高级学科专家进行试听课复试，候选人进行学科知识展示，及教具的选择和自身对于学科的学习经验

3rd stage, Interviewed by management
Candidate should prepare to solve a problem inspired by real situation and give us reasonable answers. Also Q&A session at the end.

The whole recruitment should take between 1-4 weeks.
整体面试流程需要1-4周时间。
