Teachers required in China starting ASAP
We are looking for professional and enthusiastic teachers who will be involved in:
我们在寻找专业并对教育有热情的老师，具体职责如下：
Teaching教学职责
Teach 3-8 year old with a maximum of 12 students per class with a teaching assistant.
和中教一起进行12个学生一个班的正式课教学，学生年龄在3-8岁，包括正式课和公开课。
Fill out teaching records and handing it to the administrator after each session.
填写学生上课记录并交给教务或者中教老师。
Keep an attendance record on the students' learning ‘passports’.
在 学生护照或者相关出勤名单上填写出勤记录。
Assign suitable homework according to the syllabus, correct and comment on the homework with feedback to the teaching assistants and parents.
根据课程大纲和教学目标布置课后作业，并和中教一起跟家长进行学情沟通。
Keep the administrators, parents and teaching assistants informed of any problems or misbehavior.
和中教还有家长保持沟通，反馈学生的上课行为表现。
Communicate with the teaching assistants in time to make sure the class begins and ends successfully.
跟中教保持磨课和沟通，确保上课流程顺畅。

Curriculum Design, Lesson Planning & Contributions教案书写和学术贡献
Contribute innovative ideas concerning the development of the school; play key roles in academic team work and projects.
参与地方产品研发，根据大纲书写教案。
Help the academic team to improve or design the course curriculum.
帮助产品研发团队进行课程的设计和学术研究。
Organize and host themed parties.
设计并组织主题活动。

Professional Development职业发展
Participate in and contribute to academic workshops.
参与教学和学术研讨会和培训
Join research projects, local symposiums and professional training activities.
参与课程研发探讨，地方教学教研活动和专业的培训活动。

Working Hours工作时间
Wednesday 11am-8pm
Thursday and Friday 2pm-8pm
Saturday and Sunday 8：30am-6pm
Monday and Tuesday Off
Working no more than 40 hours per week
每周工作时间40小时
Teaching no more than 25 sessions per week (one session is 60 minutes).
授课时间每周不超过25小时。

Package薪酬福利
Basic salary (before tax)22,000-28,000RMB plus 2000 housing allowance。
底薪22,000-28,000加上2000的房屋补贴
Z work visa provided
工作签证办理
Reimbursement of 10,000 RMB air ticket per year.

Requirements职位要求
Native English speaker (U.S.A, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, U.K, Ireland and South Africa)
护照显示国籍为母语国家的人
Age: 22 to 50
年龄22-50
Bachelor’s degree or above
本科学历及以上
Clean criminal background
无犯罪记录
Fulfils at least one of the following three requirements:并满足下列条件的一项：
Major in Education for their Bachelor’s Degree or above
本科或以上学历为教育学
Have at least two years of teaching experience since graduation of college
毕业以后有两年或以上英语教学工作经验
Have obtained Teaching Certificates like Educator Certificate, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, DELTA, etc. (with at least 120 hours of training)
有国际通用的英语教师资格证，如TEFL，TESOL，CELTA，DELTA，课程学习时间必须是120小时以上。
