Job Description
工作内容
The duties to be performed by the Employee include:
1.Teaching English classes following ABIE’s teaching philosophies and methodology.
2.Lesson planning and preparation - at least 20 minutes before class.
3.Supervising tests, including placement, unit, midterm and final tests.
4.Assisting with administration
5.Counseling students
6.Proactively participating in the school’s social program including Extra Curricular Activities (ECA’s).
7.Actively participating in Employee training programs and workshops organized by the school.
8.Participating at promotional and marketing activities organized by the school.
9.Attending all scheduled meetings where the teachers’ presence is required unless those meetings occur
during the Employee’s holiday or the Employee’s day off.
10.Other tasks assigned by the Education Department and Center Director within his/her working hours.
Working hours are 40 hours per week, including no more than 25 hours(equals to 32 teaching hours) and 15
office or administrator hours per week.
乙方工作内容如下:
1、英语教学(按总部教学大纲执行)
2、备课(课前准备至少二十分钟)
3、学员测试
4、配合教学管理
5、为学生提供咨询帮助
6、积极配合参加甲方举办的各类型活动,如 ECA 等 7、积极配合参加教师培训及学校组织的其他教学教研活动并提出合适的建议或意见
8、积极配合参加甲方组织的市场销售活动
9、积极配合参加所有需要乙方出席的会议(遇会议时正值乙方休假除外)
10、教学部或者中心主任在其工作期间安排的其他工作任务
每周工作时间为 40 小时,其中包括 25 小时(相当于 32 个课时)和 15 小时办公时间。
