Pay package

1.salary ：Native 15-21K after taxes; Non- native 10-15K after taxes;
2.Accommodation:independent apartment, 300 yuan per month for water and electricity subsidies

6. about 25 days off during summer vacation and about 20 days off in winter vacation .The salary for the employee during each vacation would 50%- 80% of normal income.
