Job Description

 

Responsibilities: 

  • assist in the development of creative contents for social media (website, Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
  • assist in the video production, including but not limited to filming, editing and post production;
  • assist in initiating marketing and PR activities to drive traffic for the online platforms;
  • assist in the design of layouts and artworks of wide range of marketing materials;
  • provide support in organizing events / activities / exhibitions / ceremonies / conferences;
  • liaise and coordinate with staff and outside parties such as media reporter / advertising agency / school representatives for advertising campaigns or school talks; and
  • provide clerical support to the CPAO. 

 

Applicants should:

  • possess a recognized university degree, preferably in Public Relations, Communication, Marketing, Journalism or other related disciplines;
  • should have at least 1 year’s working experience in PR, media, event management, marketing or brand building;
  • have excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • have good knowledge and practical experience in graphic design software;
  • have experience in digital marketing and video production;
  • have effective administrative, communication and social media skills; and
  • be well-organized, a good team player and able to handle multi-tasks efficiently.

 

Working outside normal office hours may be required.  Applicants with work experience in the tertiary education sector will be an advantage.
