Position Accountabilities:
Initiate and follow up on process improvement, internal as well as external.
Work closely with partners in the supply chain network.
Respond timely and in a proper way to various requests including inquiries, complaints, etc.
Analyze various data and provide respective reports.
Ensure correct track & trace information is provided to customer through proper management of supply chain partners.
Manage operational issues and provide reporting accordingly.
Handle all operational exceptions to achieve customer satisfaction.
Present monthly performance review to management and follow-up on agreed action items.
Perform any special duties or projects assigned by management.
Ensure 100% data integrity and proper management of information.
Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management/ SCM/ Transport Management.
Solid logistics knowledge and industry background.
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in transport related customer service function and/ or operations.
