Job Description

Position Accountabilities:

  • Initiate and follow up on process improvement, internal as well as external.

  • Work closely with partners in the supply chain network.

  • Respond timely and in a proper way to various requests including inquiries, complaints, etc.

  • Analyze various data and provide respective reports.

  • Ensure correct track & trace information is provided to customer through proper management of supply chain partners.

  • Manage operational issues and provide reporting accordingly.

  • Handle all operational exceptions to achieve customer satisfaction.

  • Present monthly performance review to management and follow-up on agreed action items.

  • Perform any special duties or projects assigned by management.

  • Ensure 100% data integrity and proper management of information.


  • Relevant Education Background, Hard Skill, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor degree or higher, preferably in Logistics Management/ SCM/ Transport Management.

  • Solid logistics knowledge and industry background.

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in transport related customer service function and/ or operations.
