THE COMPANY :
- Garment manufacturing group
- Core product : jersey / cotton knit T shirt
- Factories : 3 X China and 1 X Myanmar; total 12000 workers
- Main market : US, Europe & China
- Retail : own brand and own retail chain in China
- We are looking for FACTORY GENERAL MANAGER (station China) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Responsible for overall management of factory
- Identify, implement and monitor short and long term strategic & production plans
- Plan, implement and monitor work flows, production systems and processes in a sizeable factory operation
- Monitor production plan, productivity, quality and on time delivery
- Monitor the systems and procedures for efficient and effective cost and quality control
- Liaise with various departments to meet the company's goal and targets
- 8 years relevant working experience in garment industry focus in jersey / cotton knit; of which at least 5 years in running factory of over 1000 workers
- Strong in garment production and operations management
- Knowledgeable in machineries
- Familiar with social compliance
- Energetic, strong leadership, negotiation and problem solving skill
- Good command of Mandarin
- Proficient in MS office and Chinese Word processing
- Station China factory
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
